Over time we all come across useful resources – here are some I have come across on the Internet under various headings. This is a continuous “work in progress”.
These are in no particular order and do not necessarily express views I concur with.
Most of these issues and resources are difficult issues which Christians need to be wrestling with and forming informed opinions on.
Depression
I have lived a fairly healthy life but I suffer from clinical depression and have done so all my adult life with repeated bouts of varying severity. This has been been very difficult and at times totally debilitating, leaving me unable to work for months on end. I have found both medication and talking therapies helpful. I am learning the signs and have had some limited success in managing my life to cope with it. I share this because, although depression is very widespread, it is still widely stigmatised. Here are some resources I have found helpful.
The Black Dog Web site links page has links to many useful resources.
